Key Findings, Q4 2026
- Approval and arrival are different numbers, and the gap is where the complaints come from. VEGAWIN is the only operator that says so outright: its stated three business days “refer to the period required to review, verify, and approve a redemption request”. The transit is extra and unstated. Crown Coins is the only operator publishing both halves for every rail it offers.
- The 1x standard describes purchased coins, not bonus coins. Purchased Sweeps Coins carry 1x playthrough at most operators in this index. Bonus and free SC is frequently a separate number, and the multiplier is where the real cost of a bonus sits.
- Several operators reserve the right to raise playthrough to 20x. Punt’s Sweeps Rules contain this reservation and we have verified it against the document. Chumba, Coinz.us, Jackpot Go and SidePot are recorded with the same reservation. The reserved figure is the one that matters if it is ever exercised, and it is rarely the figure a player sees advertised.
- The most widely offered payout method has no published timing from anybody. Prizeout gift cards are offered by twelve of the 22 documented operators here and not one states how long they take. They are widely assumed to be the fastest route; no operator document supports that.
- Game contribution restrictions can make playthrough unclearable. MoonSpin counts slots at 100% and table, crash and dice games at 0%. LuckyOne counts table games at 0%. A 1x requirement you cannot clear on the games you play is not a 1x requirement.
- Transparency gap. 12 of 22 operators publish no fixed minimum redemption. We flag this as a market-wide transparency problem.
Methodology
What we measure
Three figures per operator: the Sweeps Coins playthrough requirement, the minimum gift card and cash redemption amount, available redemption methods, and the operator's published redemption window. The window is operator processing time, excluding payment-rail time such as ACH bank delays.
How we verify
- Every figure is checked against the operator’s published terms of service, sweeps rules, cashier documentation or official help pages on the verification date shown at the top of this page.
- Figures are taken from each operator’s own governing documents. Verification is re-run each quarter and any row we cannot currently source is removed rather than estimated.
- Secondary sources, including review sites and aggregators, are not used to populate figures in this index. They inform editorial coverage only.
- Where an operator publishes no figure, we record "Not Published" or "Unstated". We do not estimate, and we do not substitute community anecdotes for published terms in the index itself.
- Partner relationships are disclosed per row and have no effect on recorded figures. Editorial rows are operators with no commercial relationship to Sweeps Flow.
- Community-reported actual redemption times are tracked separately in our Facebook group and Discord. They inform editorial reviews and are deliberately kept out of this index, which records published terms only.
Refresh cycle and corrections
The index is re-verified quarterly in January, April, July, and October. Material operator changes we become aware of between refreshes are corrected within one week and logged in the changelog.

What is a normal redemption time at a sweepstakes casino?
No single number applies, because most operators do not publish one. Of the 22 operators whose documents we have read, twelve state nothing about redemption timing anywhere in them. Where figures exist they vary widely by payment method: Crown Coins approves in 24 to 72 hours and sends a prepaid virtual card immediately on approval, while its bank transfers take 1 to 5 business days. Punt gives 1 to 3 business days for ACH; Chanced, Coinz.us and High 5 reserve up to 10 business days for the same rail. Jackpot Go reserves up to 30 days for wins above $10,000. Prizeout gift cards are offered by twelve operators and not one publishes a timing for them.
What is the standard playthrough requirement?
For purchased Sweeps Coins, 1x is the standard at most operators in this index. Bonus and free Sweeps Coins are often a different number, and several operators reserve discretion to raise the requirement as high as 20x. Punt is a worked example of why you should check which document governs: its Terms and Conditions set a 1x baseline, its Sweeps Rules say three times, and its Payment FAQ gives 3x on bonus coins from a purchase and 10x on giveaway coins. Punt’s own precedence clause reconciles them, but no single document shows the whole picture. Check the figure in the operator’s own documents before you claim a bonus, and check both the terms and the sweeps rules, because they do not always agree.
Which sweepstakes casinos have the lowest minimum redemption?
