Shady practices
I was a loyal, paying Chumba Customer. I had a several great wins. There would be times though that winning just didn't happen for months on end and it didn't make sense based on trying various games. I once was told that every players "journey" is different. Well, don't complain to them when you're drinking alcohol because they will kick you out forever even though your gold coins were paid for.
