Support sucks
If the game glitches, support doesn't reasons for weeks. I played "pigs on wolf street " where the game acted like I hit A bonus but then froze. Nothing I did fixed it until the game just one day was reset and there was definitely no bonus after that, it never let me complete the spin. By the time support responded, the game had been reset and I gave up trying to get anywhere with support.
